Workspace

Use the shared home for stores, teammates, notifications, and workspace settings.

What this covers: You will know where to open a store, check its status, manage access, and find account updates.

A workspace groups the stores and people that belong together. Its store-card page is the safest place to confirm which store you are about to open before making a request or changing settings.

Entry path: Sign in → choose a workspace → Stores.

First checks on Workspace Home

  1. Confirm the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Review My Store and locate the intended store card.
  3. Read its status before assuming a recent version is live.
  4. Select the preview image or store name to enter the project.
  5. Use the sidebar to return to Stores, open another store, read Inbox, or open settings.

Runner can send some users directly to a recently used project instead of the card grid. Select Stores in the workspace sidebar whenever you need the full workspace view.

Read workspace news when available

Some workspaces show a News section below the store cards. It can display up to four current items. Select a news card to open its destination in a new browser tab when the card provides one. If News is absent, there is no available item for this workspace; the store tools are unaffected.

Access and safety

  • Only actions allowed by your member role will succeed. Some owner-only controls are hidden.
  • Plan or seat limits can replace a create or invite action with an upgrade path.
  • A lapsed workspace can show a renewal screen instead of its normal tools.
  • Store, member, and workspace deletion paths ask for confirmation. Review the named item before continuing.
  • Invite Friends shares a referral link. It is not the control for adding a teammate to this workspace; use SettingsMembers for team access.
