1. Create Your First Product

You can quickly add your first product from the admin panel.

Path: Sales → Products

Product Information You Can Configure

Basic Information

  • Product title
  • Description
  • Category (optional)
  • Variants (optional)

Media

  • Cover image
  • AI-generated product images (coming soon)

We recommend uploading 1–5 high-quality images to improve conversion rates.

Pricing

  • Price
  • Compare-at price (used to show original price)
  • Cost per item (optional)

Inventory

  • SKU
  • Inventory quantity
  • Allow overselling

Shipping

  • Product weight (if applicable)
  • Requires shipping (yes/no)

Tips for Adding Products

  • Keep product titles clear and concise
  • Use a consistent visual style across images
  • Include key details such as materials and use cases in descriptions
  • Add SEO-friendly keywords (e.g. "natural soy candle for home decor")

2. Bulk Import with CSV

If you have a large catalog (20+ products), CSV import is recommended.

Path: Advanced Settings → Products → Import

CSV Requirements

  • File format must be .csv
  • Column headers must be in English (auto-recognized by the system)
  • Images must be provided as URLs (for importing cover images)
  • Excel files (.xlsx) are not supported

3. Inventory Management

Path: Sales → Products

You can view:

  • Current inventory levels
  • Low-stock alerts
  • Units sold
  • Active sales channels (multi-channel support coming soon)

Edit Inventory

You can:

  • Increase or decrease inventory manually
  • Perform bulk inventory updates
  • Export inventory reports (coming soon)

Low Inventory Alerts

You can configure alerts such as:

  • Notify when inventory falls below a set threshold (e.g. 5 units)
  • Automatically mark products as "Low stock"

4. Pricing & Discounts

Pricing strategy directly impacts conversion and revenue.

Path: Sales → Promotion

Discount Codes

Examples:

  • WELCOME10 → 10% off
  • BLACKFRIDAY50 → $50 off

You can configure:

  • Discount type (percentage or fixed amount)
  • Applicable products (single product or entire store)
  • Minimum order value
  • Usage limits
  • Start and end dates

Flash Sales

Common use cases:

  • Black Friday promotions
  • New product launches
  • Clearance campaigns

When enabled, countdown modules can be automatically displayed on the site.

Tiered Pricing

Ideal for wholesale or bundled sales, for example:

  • Buy 2 → 10% off
  • Buy 3 → 20% off

5. Order Management

Path: Sales → Orders

View Order Details

Includes:

  • Customer name
  • Shipping address
  • Product information
  • Payment method
  • Fulfillment status

Update Order Status

Supported statuses:

  • Unfulfilled
  • Shipped
  • Delivered
  • Refunded

Export Orders (Coming Soon)

Order reports will be available for export in future releases.

Process Refunds

You can:

  • Mark orders as refunded

6. Product Management Best Practices

Upload at least 3–5 high-quality images Multiple angles significantly improve conversion.

Use clear, descriptive titles Example: "Handmade Soy Candle — Vanilla Scent" instead of vague names.

Use AI to optimize descriptions AI-generated copy is tailored for US-based shoppers.

Keep category structure clean Example: Home → Candles → Soy Candles

Maintain accurate inventory Low stock hurts sales; overstock increases costs.

Q1: What should I do if CSV import fails? Check that all fields follow the required format. For example, prices must be numeric values.

Q2: Can I edit products in bulk? Bulk inventory editing is currently supported. Bulk editing for pricing and tags is coming soon.

Q3: Can I export my product list? CSV export will be available in a future release.

Q4: Are product variants supported? Support for multi-attribute variants will be released with the advanced product system.

Q5: Can I hide a product without deleting it? Yes. You can toggle product visibility from the product detail page.
