Language settings only affect the interface display and do not impact AI generation results.

Free Trial

After the trial ends:

• Your website enters a frozen state and becomes inaccessible to visitors
• You can restore access at any time by subscribing to a paid plan

4. Credits System

Credits are the core billing unit in Runner AI.

Every AI-powered action—such as generating pages, images, videos, or optimizing prompts—consumes Credits.

Types of Credits

Subscription Credits

• Automatically issued each billing cycle
• Valid only within the current billing month
• Unused Credits do not roll over

Purchased Credits

• Available for one-time purchase
• Never expire
• Stackable with subscription Credits

Pricing: $9.90 for 750 Credits

Best suited for:

• High-volume content generation
• High-traffic brands
• Frequent image or video generation

Credit Cost Guide

For reference, the default 6-second, 720p Veo Fast generation currently costs 84 Credits. Image charges vary with the selected model, output resolution, and number of generated images. Runner records the settled media charge rather than using a fixed estimate.

Most daily usage falls within the Easy or Medium range.

5. Founder Partner Program

6. Upgrade, Downgrade & Cancel Subscriptions

Upgrade

• Can be done at any time
• Takes effect immediately
• The system automatically prorates and charges the difference

Downgrade

• Can be requested at any time
• Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• You retain access to your current plan features until then

Cancel

• Cancellation stops future billing
• You retain access until the end of the current billing cycle
• Your website will no longer be publicly accessible after cancellation

7. Data Privacy & Security

Runner AI complies with international data protection standards, including:

We guarantee that:

• All data is securely encrypted
• We never sell or share user data
• Users can request permanent data deletion at any time

8. FAQ

Q1: Can I change my account email? Currently, email changes are not supported directly. Please contact support for assistance.

Q2: Do Credits expire?

• Subscription Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
• Purchased Credits never expire

Q3: Will I be charged automatically after the free trial? Yes. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file once the trial ends.

Q4: Will my website be deleted after I cancel my subscription? After cancellation, your website will no longer be publicly accessible. If your account remains inactive on a free plan for 14 consecutive days, your website data will be permanently deleted.
