Account Creation

Supported registration methods

You can quickly create an account using:

Profile & Preferences

In My Settings, you can:

(1) Modify personal information

• Nickname
• Avatar

(2) Set language preferences

Currently supported languages:

English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian

💡 Language settings only affect the interface display, not AI generation quality.

• Full access to all paid features during the trial

After the trial ends:

• Your website will automatically enter a "frozen state" and visitors cannot access it
• You can purchase any plan to restore access

Credits System

Credits are the core billing unit in Runner AI.

Every time you run an AI task on the platform — such as generating pages, images, videos, or optimizing prompts — Credits are consumed.

(1) Types of Credits

① Subscription Credits

• Automatically issued monthly with your plan
• Valid within the current billing cycle
• Unused portions do not roll over

② Purchased Credits

• Purchase separately, permanently valid, never expire
• Stackable
• Price: $9.90 / 50 credits

Suitable for:

• High content generation needs
• High-traffic brands
• Frequent video/image generation merchants

(2) Credit Cost Guide

💡 Most users' daily tasks fall in the Easy or Medium range.

(3) View Credits Usage

In Billing → Credits you can see:

• Remaining subscription credits
• Historical usage records
• Purchased credits balance
• Projected future consumption trends (coming soon)

Upgrade / Downgrade / Cancel

(1) Upgrade

• You can upgrade anytime
• Upgrade takes effect immediately
• System automatically calculates the difference for the current cycle

(2) Downgrade

• You can submit a downgrade request anytime
• Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
• Current cycle retains access to higher-tier features

(3) Cancel

• After cancellation, you can continue using until the end of current cycle
• Next cycle will not be charged
• Website will not be immediately taken offline, but will lose public access

FAQ

Q1: Can I change my account email?

Currently, direct email modification is not supported. Please contact our support team if you need to change it.

Q2: Do Credits expire?

• Subscription credits: Valid for the current month, reset next month
• Purchased credits: Permanently valid, never expire

Q3: Will I be automatically charged after the trial ends?

No. Unless you actively upgrade to a plan.

Q4: Will my website be deleted after canceling the subscription?

No. You can continue editing, but it cannot be accessed by visitors.
