Project Navigation and Search
Move between project areas and quickly find a destination or recent chat.
What this covers: You will reach the right project tool or conversation without searching through every menu.
The project sidebar holds the areas available to your store. Search combines destinations from the control center with that project's recent conversations.
Entry path: Workspace Stores → select a store → expand the project sidebar.
Before you start
- Confirm the project name before selecting a destination or recent chat.
- Save an unsent draft before switching workspaces, stores, or conversations.
- Expect conditional destinations to differ by feature access, plan, project, and store state.
Main destinations
| Destination | Use it for | What happens when selected |
|---|---|---|
| Fly | Work through a guided business mission. | Appears and opens only when Fly is available to the workspace. |
| Storefront | Review and work on the customer-facing store. | Opens the storefront work area for the current project. |
| Store Operations | Find available day-to-day store tools. | Opens the operations area for the current project. |
| Dropshipping | Work with supported sourcing flows. | Opens the same Store Operations page at its Dropshipping section. This is a fixed navigation item, not a separate store area. |
| Apps | Find available app connections. | Opens the project's apps area. |
| Analytics | Review available store performance views. | Opens analytics for the current project. |
| Research | Investigate a focused business question. | Appears and opens only when Research is available to the workspace. |
| SEO | Work on search visibility. | Appears and opens only when SEO access is enabled. |
| Agent | Manage the Runner capabilities available to the project. | Opens the Agent area. |
| More | Reveals additional destinations. | Always includes Automations and Ads. Depending on availability, it can also include Simulation, Experiments, Studio, and Library. |
Selecting Ads opens its project ads area, where the flyout can offer Overview, Creatives, and Trending. A visible destination can still show an availability or plan message instead of the full feature. Follow that message; do not assume that a visible name includes access.
Switch workspace or store inside a project
Select the current workspace and store at the top of the expanded project sidebar. Runner opens a switcher that helps you verify both scopes before navigating.
| Control | What happens when selected |
|---|---|
| A workspace name | Previews that workspace and its stores inside the switcher. It does not open a store by itself. |
| A store name | Opens that store project in the selected workspace. |
| Create Store | Opens the store-creation flow for the workspace currently shown in the switcher. |
| Check mark | Identifies the currently open workspace or store. |
On mobile, the same choices appear in a bottom sheet. Selecting a workspace first lets you inspect its stores; select a store to complete the navigation. If you preview another workspace and close the switcher without selecting a store, the current project stays open.

Search states
| State | Meaning | What to do |

| No results | Nothing available to you matches the search text. | Shorten the phrase or search by the feature's visible label. |
| Search failed | Runner could not load the search data. | Select Try again. |
| Navigation pauses | A current action may need to settle before Runner changes views. | Keep the task open and follow any protection message shown. |
Project search and the Agent command palette use different shortcuts. Use project search to navigate; use the command palette to add skills or memory to a request.
