Use Runner's public navigation, language selector, demo booking, and sign-in actions.
Runner's public pages let you learn about the product, compare pricing, and start a demo or account flow before you enter a workspace.
What this covers
You will find your way around Runner's public pages, choose a language, book a demo safely, and know whether the main action will start sign-in or open a workspace.
Availability and prerequisites
- No account is required to browse the public pages.
- Runner can show one of two public navigation layouts. Only the version assigned to the current visit appears; this is normal.
- The Book a Demo scheduling panel uses an external service and needs a working network connection.
- The primary account action changes after you sign in.
Entry path
Open Runner's public home page in a browser. On mobile, select Open menu to reveal the navigation and Close menu to dismiss it.
Common controls

| Book demo or Book a demo | Opens the scheduling panel, whose accessible title is Book a Demo. A meeting is created only after the scheduler confirms it. |

| Open Workspace | Appears for a signed-in visitor and opens the protected workspace. |
| Signed-in avatar | Opens the available account menu instead of the signed-out Start or Start for free action. |
| Open menu / Close menu | Shows or hides the mobile navigation. Selecting a destination closes the menu as navigation starts. |
The mobile menu contains the links and language control for the public navigation version you were assigned. Its main action stays easy to reach near the menu edge: Start or Start for free when signed out, or the signed-in workspace action when available.
Change the language
- Open the language selector.
- Select the language you want.
- Wait for the page to reload.
- Confirm that the current page, rather than an unrelated destination, reopened in the selected language.
If saving fails, Runner keeps the prior language and reports an error. Retry once after checking the connection. A language change affects interface text; it does not translate content you entered into a store project.
Book a demo
- Select Book demo or Book a demo, whichever your navigation shows.
- Wait for the scheduler to show available dates and times.
- Choose a time and complete the requested contact details.
- Confirm the meeting inside the scheduler.
- Wait for Runner's success message and the panel to close.
Closing the scheduler before confirmation does not book a meeting. If it remains blank or unavailable, close it, check the connection, and try once more. Use Support and community if the problem repeats.
Start or reopen Runner
- When signed out, select Start or Start for free and complete the displayed sign-in or account-creation steps.
- When already signed in, select Open Workspace to enter the protected product.
- If a protected action returns you to sign-in, complete sign-in for the intended account before continuing.
Troubleshooting

| Different public links than expected | Runner assigned the other current navigation version. Use the labels that are visible. |
| Mobile links are hidden | Select Open menu. After choosing a link, reopen the menu if you need another destination. |
| Account buttons show placeholders | Runner is still checking the session. Wait for Start, Start for free, or Open Workspace before deciding whether you are signed in. The language control can also stay unavailable during this check. |
| Language does not change | The preference was not confirmed. Check the error and connection, then retry once. |
| Demo scheduler is loading | Wait for its date and time controls before entering details. |
| Demo panel closes without success | No booking was confirmed. Reopen it and complete the scheduler confirmation. |
| Start or Start for free is replaced by Open Workspace | Runner recognizes a signed-in session. Open the workspace or use the avatar menu for account actions. |
