Navigation and search

Find the right store, project tool, workspace settings, or personal settings.

Start by checking the store name. The sidebar tools act on that store; workspace and personal settings have separate entries.

Entry path: Open a store → expand the sidebar, or open the navigation menu on mobile.

Before you start

Save a copy of an unsent request before switching stores or tasks.
Available destinations depend on store type, role, plan, and enabled features.

Find the right scope

Where to look	What you can do
Store name at the top of the sidebar	Switch stores, open Create Store, or open Workspace Settings.
Storefront	Review the current store’s pages and publication state.
Build, Grow, and Measure	Expand grouped tools for store operations, growth, and reporting.
Agent	Manage the store’s available Skills and Memory.
Sidebar Settings	Open settings with the current store in context.
Top-right bell	Open Inbox on desktop. On mobile, use the Inbox entry when offered in the menu.
Top-right avatar → My Settings	Open personal account preferences.
Earn free credits	Review available reward and referral actions.

Switch stores

Select the store name at the top of the sidebar.
Select the store you need from the list.
Wait for its page to open.
Confirm the new store name before selecting New Task or changing settings.

The store menu lists stores in its workspace. The current Settings sidebar does not expose Workspaces. Use a workspace-switching entry only when Runner presents one, then open Settings → Workspace General and confirm the workspace name. See Settings for the scope controls.

Find a tool or task

Select Search in the project sidebar, or press Command/Control + K.
Type a visible destination name, such as Storefront, or part of a task title.
Choose a result under Control Center for a tool, or Recent Chats for a conversation.
Confirm that the selected page or task opens in the intended store.
Press Escape to close search if you do not want to navigate.

Project navigation and search lists the tool groups and search recovery states. Search navigates; it does not start work on the selected tool.

Search shows available destinations under Control Center. Select a result to navigate, or press Escape to keep the current page.

The recording types Analytics and inspects the matching destination. It stops before opening the result; select a result yourself to navigate.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Sidebar labels are hidden	Expand it, or open the mobile navigation menu.
A destination is missing	Expand the relevant group, try Search, then check the feature’s prerequisites.
A store is missing	Confirm the workspace and your membership before creating another store.
Search finds nothing	Clear the query and use the current visible tool label.
A link opens another browser tab	Return to Runner after reading it; opening a resource does not switch stores.
